We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is outside of the return period, if it has obviously been worn (e.g. sweat stains, grass stains, scents), or if it has excessive animal hair that is unable to be removed. If your return is refused, we will send you an invoice for shipping to have the item shipped back to you.
What do I do if I received a damaged item?

I received the wrong item(s). What do I do?

Can I update my order before it has been shipped?
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the information you would like to update. We’ll do our best to update your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any changes to your order. We usually ship orders within 2 business days of your order date, or sooner, so please contact us as soon as you know you have an issue.
Can I cancel my order?
If you contact us immediately (prior to receiving a shipping notification email), we are generally able to cancel orders. Please email us at email@example.com as soon as you know you would like to cancel your order and we will do our best to assist you.
Why isn't my promo code working?
The code you are using may have expired, or the products in your cart may not be eligible for a discount (such as Final Sale items). Our website does not allow you to stack discounts, meaning you are not able to use more than one promo code for a single order. If the code you are trying to use is a loyalty code (for example, a free shipping code for prior customers), you must be logged in on the website using the same email you used when you made your prior purchase so the website recognizes you as a returning customer. If you are still having issues with your promo code, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you fulfill custom requests?
While we carefully curate all our items, at this time we do not manufacture our pieces on a one-off basis and are unable to fulfill custom orders in varying colors, sizes, or lengths.
Can you lower the value of my international order package/mark as gift so I can avoid paying duties?
It is illegal for us to lower the value of international packages or mark them as gifts. Please help us follow all laws and regulations. We appreciate your cooperation!
I ordered an item with "Presale" or "Preorder" in the title, when will I receive it?
We always include an expected ship date in presale product listings, but since "presale" means we are still producing the items, we can't guarantee the expected ship date will not change. Always, there are many variables involved in bringing an item from the initial stages of production all the way to our customers' doorsteps! We will do our best to keep the expected ship date updated in each product listing.
